How do I make a claim

You often only get to know how good or bad your insurance policy is when you have to make a claim - and that's too late!
At Howell Shone, we will make sure everything is sorted out as quickly as possible.

Phone the Claims Line if you need any of the following:

To Make a Claim
If you think you may have a claim, phone the Claims Line immediately with as much information as possible. You will then be told what to do next. You may then be sent a claim form for you to complete and sign.

Please also refer to General Conditions - Claims in your policy document - which details your obligations and your rights in the event of a claim.

You can also phone the claims lines to check the progress of your claim.

Our claims lines are open 9am - 5.30pm - Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays)
